Privacy policy

1Data controller

Given the nature and volume of the processing carried out, NABIUH MAPS is not required to appoint a data protection officer.

2Data collected

NABIUH MAPS collects only the data necessary to its activity:

• Identity and contact details — surname, first name, email address, telephone number where provided;
• Addresses — invoicing address and, where different, delivery address;
• Order data — products, amounts, dates, history of exchanges relating to tracking and after-sales service;
• Business data, for retailers — company name, company registration number, contact;
• Technical data — IP address, pages viewed and connection information generated during the visit.

No bank details are collected or held by NABIUH MAPS. Payment information is transmitted directly to the payment provider and does not pass through the site.

3Purposes and legal bases

• Order processing, production, dispatch, invoicing and after-sales service — performance of the contract.
• Accounting and tax obligations, retention of supporting documents — legal obligation.
• Site security, fraud prevention and dispute handling — legitimate interest.

No data is used for marketing, profiling or targeted advertising.

4Recipients

Data is passed only to the providers strictly necessary to fulfil the order, which act as processors and may not use it for any other purpose:

• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Ireland — payment processing and fraud prevention;
• Pixum, Germany — production of the prints, dispatch and carriage of parcels;
• OVH SAS, France — hosting of the site.

No data is sold, rented or otherwise transferred to third parties.

5Transfers outside the European Union

Data is hosted and processed within the European Union. Some providers nevertheless belong to groups established outside the Union and may transfer data there. Such transfers are then governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.

6Retention periods

• Order and invoicing data — ten years from the close of the financial year, in accordance with accounting obligations.
• Customer contact data, for the purposes of the commercial relationship — three years from the last contact.
• Connection logs — twelve months.

7Cookies

The site places only strictly necessary cookies: session persistence, basket memory, payment security and language or currency preference.

These cookies are exempt from consent under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, so no banner is displayed. The site uses no analytics, no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.

Browser settings allow cookies already stored to be refused or deleted at any time; ordering may then no longer work correctly.

8Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, as well as the right to give directions as to its fate after your death.

These rights may be exercised by email to hello@nabiuhmaps.com or by post to the address shown above. A reply is given within one month. Proof of identity may be requested in the event of reasonable doubt as to the identity of the applicant.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority — CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, cnil.fr — or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

9Security

The site is served over HTTPS and exchanges are encrypted. Access to order data is limited to the publisher and to the providers listed above. Payment data is handled exclusively by the payment provider, in an environment compliant with industry standards.

10Amendments and language

This policy may be amended to reflect changes to the site or to the applicable regulations. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of consultation; it is dated at the top of the page.

This policy is a translation of the French original. In the event of any discrepancy of interpretation, the French version prevails.
